"Cannot say enough good things about this medical center. Everyone was extremely nice and made you feel so comfortable for your entire stay. I was nervous from the beginning but every nurse was talkative and informative and made me feel much calmer. I am highly impressed with everyone on their staff. Couldn't have asked for any better."

"The whole experience was not as I expected. The girl at front desk was super nice. Once called back I feel like the nurse was very short and not super pleasant at all. She definitely had an attitude. The anesthesiologist was very short with me also. My Dr. was great and very nice and professional. Once back at recovery the nurse could not of gotten me out fast enough. She was very rude about the fact that my ride was not in the waiting room. She called my ride who was in her vehicle and told her pick me up at the door. I dressed myself and left with no instructions and no ice for my eyes. She said the ice would only melt. I had eyelid surgery and would have loved to ice my eyes. I have been at surgery centers before which were much better and way better staff! Definitely would not recommend this place."

"On Wednesday March 29, 2023 I had cataract eye surgery at your center. My prep nurse Tara was an incredible nurse. The banter between us distracted me from the upcoming surgery.Thanks to her kindness, support and compassion I was well prepared for my procedure.Your organization should be proud to have such a dedicated nurse."

"Head nurse in recovery was absolutely rude. In my pre -procedure phone call I was notified that they no longer hold the diver of the patient hostage to remain on the property during the procedure. Only to stay ready by the phone for pickup. When I told the head nurse of this she was absolutely rude in the phone call to my driver!! Driver was only a few minutes away and pickup was easily done. There is a lack of communication amongst the staff from beginning to end and must be fixed."

"From the moment I arrived for surgery until the moment I left, the service provided by the staff, nurses, PA, and doctors was exceptional. They were caring and efficient. They paid attention to detail, including my comfort. They were also caring toward my friend who waited for me in the waiting room. Very highly recommend."
