"I have been a patient at Bestself for almost a year now and I have never been treated so well. From the Dr.'s and nurses and my amazing Nurse practitioner to my just as amazing therapist. But what I really wanted to express is my thanks to the people handling all the calls and appointments and for people like those answering my calls, when I'm flustered and late calling to make an appointment, I can always count on the people answering the calls to be kind and fair and just extremely professional. My hats off to the entire Bestself team at 768 Delaware."

"I left some really bad reviews on here and i wanna take a second to make things right. My therapist was Kimberly Rave and she was one of the best i had. Ive recently gone under some really severe stress, and kimmy tried to reach out for an appointment and i tried calling back many times and unfortunately nothing ever worked out and I left some bad reviews. Kimmy is an awesome person and if you need someone to talk to she will take great care of you and I can happily recommend her. Just please work with them stay patient, try not to get frustated since there really really busy and they will get you all the help you need."

"Would not recommend. They hired a counselor Ms. Hicks who has multiple CPS reports on her and found credible. She lost her child due to staying with a man who molested her child. She has ruined a sister relationship between her two children by turning the younger one aganist the one who was a VICTIM. Would not want to take ANY advice from this woman! Please do your research when choosing a counselor to help you through your problems. I’m surprised a big organization like Best Self does not do a better job in the hiring process."

"BEWARE!!!! Courtney Tester(not sure if she’s even gone to school for anything) was doing my daughters was they call, “therapy” ..My daughter has severe ADHD.She had opened my car door &jumped out one day while I was going about 10 mph,scraped her leg but was FINE..I was honest &td Courtney what happened because I want my daughter to get help,the next day I had CPS knocking &invotomg themself into my HOME.No one is on your side these days..I was getting my daughter help &it backfired.I did nothing wrong.i work TWO full time jobs &take care of my 3 kids by MYSELF.i do everything for them ,including loving them unconditionally.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN…BEWARE"

"I came in at 1030am because they said be here at noon for walk-in intake. I last was seen in April. I guess because I was discharged I have to do the intake over. The receptionist with the purple ponytail said come in at noon I said I would be in the lot. I did my paperwork and signed. Seen her (same girl) at 12:29pm in the lot waking by my car and said I’m still here can I check in now? She said I remember you come in at 1pm. It’s 1:04 therefore I went in at 1pm and it’s a different lady who said it’s two people before me to come back at 2pm. I asked how? The other lady said 1pm I’ve been sitting here since 10:30am. She said oh she’s at lunch. I asked for a MANAGER she said that’s me. I asked why do I have to wait another hour when I was here first I never left the lady before me knew this. She said things CHANGE daily. My original counselor is know longer with this company. I’m starting to understand why!!! This is not professional behavior for a mental health organization. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not coming here THEY don’t care about you or your time. Disgusting behavior for our humanity. I’m disappointed at our society for what we become just another number/check. Update: 1:26pm the receptionist withe purple ponytail came outside. I seen her because I’m in my car writing you I asked her what happened she said at 12:30pm when she walked in it was already two people ahead when I was there before 12:30 and I asked can I sign in at 12:30 it was a no for me but the other two was able to I had to wait for 1pm just to be told to wait till 2pm. I’m not returning."
