"The first 2 years I went to this place I had no problems with. Then they hired Brooke Adams. She has no awareness of how things work in the medical world. Things take time. Doctors are busy. Stop attacking patients that are following instructions! The specialist doctors I was working with recommended to me that I stop working with her because of how difficult she was to work with. I needed a different type of test done that required a second order be put into place per insurance requirements and she demanded proof that I was actually told that. The doctor performing the test went out of their way to get the order submitted since her behavior was so unusual and unacceptable. Also you would think it would be common sense prior to sending messages or talking to patients to read the previous messages and records but she does not do this. She seems to rely on what she remembers when responding and it results in constant accusations that you're not doing a good enough job for yourself. Doesn't listen. Doesn't read. Only focuses on the scale. If you can't read records you have no business having a job that requires taking care of people period."

"WORST DRS OFFICE EVER!!! I WOULDNT LET THEM TREAT MY DOG! Dr Illouzo let me suffer an entire week and counting with Covid pneumonia with Multiple Sclerosis and COPD. They Repeatedly lied about sending in my orders for Oxygen steroids and antibiotics then told me “oh well go to the hospital (where I had just been released from for the second time to her care) and we’re all exhausted with this Covid business. Do what you have to do.” This Drs office is collecting our insurance money and refusing to help very sick and dying people. My one year old and I are both very sick and the hospitals are full. These people are the problem and I pray God deals with them before they can do more damage."

"I choice this place thinking I would finely get help for my pain the doctor is a very nice person but is to busy with other things and just sends u to a nurse instead when the nurse is not a pain management doctor. Eunice can be rude and seems lazy to do paper work they even upped the no show fee some Christian place this is place fell apart when Eunice got there hate to say. But the doctor for sure is good just a hard time seeing her"

"Worst place i ever been to i picked her because of her christian believes but as i visit the place the christian part was just a front .just 2 weeks ago i got out the hospital i was told to call my doctor because of the problems i was having when i left the hopital so i call to make appointment to get my insulin because my diabetes was out of control and they never answered back the pharmacy called them so i could get my diabetes test strips and they also ignored them do your self a favor and dont go there unless you want your health to get worse .plus they dont even make appointment unless you call then they dont bother doing follow-up .i will never ever step foot in that place. if you read in the reviews they answered back to a paitient watch what you say specially when you need to speak to the people you talking about in time of needs wow that sounds like a christian speaking or some ghetto person unprofessional"
