"Dr's and nurses are great!!!!. Only reason we are leaving the practice is because Billing dept and girls at the front desk are always rude. Wouldn't schedule an appointment for my child bc I only had half of the payment for the missed appointment. More worried about $50 than the wellbeing of the children."

"I have had all 3 of my kids at Delaware peds from day 1. They are amazing. We have seen every provider and there is not one that I wouldn't recommend. Scheduling appointments has always been easy but if there is a certain provider you prefer to always see you just need to book ahead of time (like all offices). I have never had an issue getting in the same day for a sick appointment which is crucial with having 3 kids. Every provider is patient and understanding of every situation. They never make me feel silly or like I'm overreacting if I bring my kids in and it ends up being nothing. Their after hours call line is so helpful and they always know what to say/do to calm my worries. The front staff is always very welcoming and the nurses are great with my kids. The office is very clean and they even have air purifiers in every exam room! I definitely recommend Delaware Peds. Just to prove that we recommend them, my siblings now bring their kids to Delaware peds too and love it!"

"We are so thankful for the care that Dr. Joyce Zmuda and the staff at Delaware Pediatric had provided for our newborn daughter for the last year while we were in Buffalo. Being new parents can be absolutely daunting, but Dr. Zmuda was extremely patient and took the time to listen to all of our observations and concerns. There were a few times where we had urgent questions regarding our baby and was able to get some quick advice from the nursing staff right over the phone without having to make the trek out to the clinic. We really appreciated the appointment reminder calls and ease of access to our daughter's recorded online. The only difficulty is getting an actual appointment with Dr. Zmuda, as she is in quite the high demand (as expect for care from such a great pediatrician). The staff helped us made appointments well in advanced, so the continuity of care was not an issue. Lastly, we really appreciated the precautions the practice took to help prevent spread of COVID-19 by offsetting the scheduling of appointments of normal and sick children."
