"I have been going to see Dr. Bassig for about six years. I really like him as a doctor and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. He has a great sense of humor and can put I would dare say anyone at ease, my problem is not with him it is with one of his nurses. I went in to see him today and was not able to but saw his NP very nice woman, she left and sent the nurse in with the script I needed. When I explained that I was in a rush for the authorization because my appointment was already set up she got a nasty attitude and in my opinion was quite arrogant. I have never been treated that way in all the years I have been going to see this doctor by him or his staff. I do recommend this facility but be warned if you get this nurse you will be made to feel like you are a burden instead of cared for. I was so upset with her attitude if I did not like the rest of the staff and the doctor so much I would not return."
