"I am very frustrated with the staff right now ! This is the second day I spent trying to get my new script faxed to my pharmacy !! I even called my pharmacy first to make sure they notified the Dr. also & they did !! It has also taken me 3 hours to SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE BOTH DAYS !! They need to CALL MY PHARMACY & THEY HAVEN'T !! My script is due TODAY !!"
