"I needed a physical for my son for school. I just moved here recently and he does have a primarily but I couldn't get any appointments in time. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor I saw were all incredibly helpful. If I ever need another urgent care I'm absolutely coming going back to western New York immediate care. Thank you for making my day that much less stressful. I was a walk-in and the wait time for my appointment was an hour and a half. They let me know ahead of time though so I was able to leave and go shopping next door. I received a text when it was time to come back and maybe waited 15 minutes if that in the actual waiting room."

"it took forever!! I was in the waiting room coughing constantly for 2 hours. Then they took me back to an exam where I then proceeded to wait for an hour. genuinely don't ever right reviews but this business clearly needs to be run differently. For starters hire more nurses and doctors so the sick ppl get treated faster. like no one wants to wait 3 hours when there sick as hell."
