"Super professional and very patient when educating and explaining medical issues. Very fair and reasonable with referrals to reliable specialists. Excellent staff and front desk is amazing and highly efficient. I feel I can trust this team to help me. Always easy to get an appointment with the doctor. Compassionate doctor and nurse staff always answer questions and take their time to make sure you understand. They even remember you and your name when you come in. That’s a nice personal touch that I appreciate. I have been to this practice several times over the past year with family and now for myself. There is a nice parking lot and plenty of street parking around their facility. They have proven to be consistent with how they show up professionally. I highly recommend Medical Care of Western New York."
"I've been going here for years and it seems to have gone downhill since Dr calabrese passed. Waiting room times are constantly increasing, I spent over an hour waiting for my early morning appointment today. I can never seem to get someone to answer the phone, however the staff themselves are always very friendly and professional. It might just be an adjustment proof and I will edit this review after a few more visits."
