She ended up having to cut off my wedding band which was no easy feat. She understood how upsetting it was to me to have my wedding band cut off. He told me I needed an MRI asap to assess the extent of my torn rotator cuff. He explained things well and answered all my questions. The next day I was contacted and got scheduled for the MRI within a couple days. I was impressed with the excellent service."
