"South Street Health Services appears to be struggling still with their telecommunication issues, staffing and/or have ceased operations. There's been absolutely no communication or approval of prescribed medication in over a week despite the patient, caregiver and pharmacist's attempts to reach the practice. It's sad without warning this has happened to a service so greatly needed and relied upon by vulnerable community members and their families. I recall the positive welcoming environment my first time at South Street Health Services but can now only hope it will somehow see them through this crisis so they may once again strive to make and keep their patients well. "This place is absolutely horrible! Can't get a call back for med refills. voice mail Is always full so you can't leave a message. When they do check the messages you can't get a call back. The emergency number is just as much of a joke. Called that and no answer no return call. Wouldn't recommend ever. Will end up probably passing in their care."
