"My husband needed x-rays on January 16th. We arrived around 4:00 p.m. and were checked in by Jodi for registration. She was very pleasant. Next Nick the x-ray technician came to get my husband. He was so friendly and provided a wheelchair for my husband as he has emphysema. Nick was so gentle with my husband when positioning him for each x-ray. Nick's kindness and compassion was so appreciated which made an otherwise difficult task for my husband, much easier. Thank you Nick!"

"I have been to the Emergency Room twice in one week . My doctor claimed she sent a script over for me to have a cat scan which I was given a x ray . The nurse that waited on me was not compassionate at all . I returned to E R today to find out that the service I needed can not be provided in ER it’s out patient service . If that the case you could have told me that on Monday when I was there It could have saved me some time , pain , and money . I have been in excruciating pain for a week and I have to be sent on a wild goose chase . I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated on Monday & I still left in pain nothing was resolved at all . The nurse didn’t even know if the clinic was open tomorrow. No help at all big waste of time no bed side manners at all . I see why you are ranked what your ranked . ."

"Don’t go here!!! My mom waited over 8 hours for the ER and wasn't even seen. When she went to the front desk they told her no rooms were available. Heck they didn’t even remember her/her name. How is it that for 8 hours no rooms were cleared out? Why doesn’t the staff seem more compassionate? I understand they deal with sick patients on a daily bases but you shouldn’t get desensitized to it. And if that’s the case you SHOULD’NT work in the medical field!!!!!!! Totally unacceptable. No one wants to be hospitalized or have to visit the ER, so when a patient comes in visibly looking like they’re going to pass out from having a respiratory virus gosh I don’t know maybe care for them? Kenmore mercy used to be a good place to go but now it sucks. Ridiculous."

"A loved one was in the ICU for over 2 months and another month in the MRU. All the nurses, aides, security guards and doctors were unbelievable kind, caring and respectful. We felt blessed the ambulance had taken him to Kenmore Mercy, thank you to everyone!"

"I traveled further (10 min) to get here and it was worth it. I felt cared for by all the staff. Nurse, doctor etc. Three nurses that made me feel so cared for were Danielle, Nasia and Tony. Where I could have felt shame, Danielle made me feel understood and valued. I hope they keep up the good work and continue to serve their communities."
