"Appointment times mean Nothing. Make you wait until 15 minutes after to even give paperwork to fill out. Staff is nice and friendly enough, but the process is Severly Outdated. Paperwork needed should either be sent to be filled out ahead of time or give right away rather than wasting time and causing other delays."

"My advice is to avoid this place. My husband went for for an MRI. The techs were pleasant but the MRI didn't even have music. The worst part of the experience was the front office staff. They were very rude and had no empathy for a situation that came up. Their attitudes made the situation worse and it was difficult to hold it together. I've been to several imaging places in the area and never had an experience like this. I will take my business elsewhere."
"Waited 1.5 hours and was not taken back until I told them I was waiting that long. Then it took 15 more minutes once I got to the regular x-ray waiting room. Never again. Trust me. Go anyplace else"
