"Receptionist laughed in my face and said "Ha, you're cute" when I asked if they had time for a walk in. I arrived at 3:35 The sign on the door says "Last Walk In 3:45" A simple "No" would have been significantly more professional."

"I called to make an appointment, and the person who answered the phone was rude from the beginning. I don’t know why people are rude to people 1. Who didn’t do anything to them. 2. This is your job and your job depends on customers. 3. You represent your business and 1st impression is key to return business. She was so rude and condescending. I hung up on her, called my doctor and told him I will never go to that place or he shouldn’t send any other patients to that company ever again."
"I've been calling during their business hours to try and schedule an appointment for their open MRI for over a month now. I've called probably two dozen times, no answer. Ever. And I've left at least 5 voice messages kindly stating I am looking to schedule an appointment, with my name and phone number clearly stated. I was in no rush to get in. But as a school teacher my schedule is a bit chaotic. I was hoping to at the very least schedule well in advance but it seems as though I can't even schedule at all. I've been here before, just over a year ago and had a great experience. To be honest I wonder if this place is still a functioning facility? Best bet is to walk in, and schedule maybe? If they are even open anymore? I'll try that next week if I don't get a call back."
"i've been going to kenton MRI for years and the experience was always good.. the technicians are fantastic.. BUT the receptionists they have there are extremely rude..absolutely horrible..like you are waisting there time . also talk under there breath like you can't hear them.. i will be finding another place to go.. where's the compassion for the patients!!"
