"Stay away from this dentistry!!! I am writing this for my mother who went a few months back for a procedure and a cleaning. Throughout all her life she had had terrible experience with her teeth due to the fact that her old dentist in her home country was horrible and caused her to lose more than HALF her teeth!! She has had other bad experiences here in the US but I am not here to write about that. She came to this place thinking everything would be fine however they charged her more than the amount she was suppose to pay!! They charged her around 1,200 for a procedure and the dentist LIED saying that the insurance would not cover her procedure!! Absolutely HORRIBLE! We just found out today through the insurance company that they were able to cover parts of the procedure. About the cleaning she had afterwards, it was not a cleaning at all! The dentist himself did not clean it, instead it was who we presume to be his assistant or student! I should have looked through past reviews about this place because I should have never let my mother go there in the first place! If I could review this place a no star or negative star I absolutely would!!"

"I brought my son here because he had pain in his tooth. The dentist claimed he needed a root canal and he ended performing the root canal on the wrong tooth. The WRONG tooth! That’s a huge mistake. The dentist office was overcrowded, everyone had the same appointment time, despite only 1 dentist being available. The dentist was also working on 2 people at once, running back and forth, while working on my child. My son is still in pain and I now have to find a new dentist and sue this dentist for malpractice. Stay away from this place!"

"So I did have to wait a month for an appt. because they are busy. However waiting in the office on the day of was not crowded at all. Just me my husband and one other person. Which was great. Went in with my son and they were so nice, not bothered at all about my son being with me. Very direct and straight to the point about what needs to be done. Receptionist was very professional & helpful. Going here again."

"1- making appointments here is nearly impossible with a wait time of three months. So if you need something done withing a limited time go somewhere else. 2- they ask you for all your information email , phone number yet if for any reason you are busy or an emergency happens and they cannot reach you they will cancel your appointment . In my case I never received an email and I had switched providers and was unable to transfer my cellphone number and therefore my appointment was canceled. 3- even when you have an appointment be prepared to spend your whole day there. The process of being seen is so slow. I live down the block from the dentist and my family knows the doctor for over 23 years. They have a new secretary I seen her while passing by. Today was my appointment and I never spoke to someone so rude in my life. I work at a medical office and the policy of canceling appointments is ridiculous. Yet when I asked her to confirm my last visit because I needed to know if I should reschedule and wait another three months to be seen she spoke over me and gave me an attitude. By the Glory of God I did not walk over there and make a scene. I had made an appointment before only to be told the doctor had an emergency left. I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD TO CHASE DOWN APPOINTMENTS LIKE I HAVE HAD TO WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I am now reaching out to my insurance to find another dental provider I would rather take my car and drive somewhere then walk into this dentist office again. Every visit is a hassle and once again if you don't want your blood pressure to rise from how rude they are stay far away!!!!!!"
