"I walked in to Rochester Running Co on a busy afternoon and was greeted by a friendly Robyn. My first words were "i don't run, but I need better sneakers." Robyn didn't hesitate to make me feel welcome, helped me get measured and understand the measurements, set up new insoles to help my feet and patiently had me try at least 8 different pairs of shoes before helping me select the *perfect* color online. Can't wait to be a repeat customer, I'd send all my friends and even some of my enemies to Rochester Running Co!"
"I’ve been shopping at and running with RRC for years and have always had a good experience. Moving to Rochester from a small town, I was looking for a community feel where I could find what I needed (and wanted) and make friends too! Over the years I’ve found great shoes, accessories, and apparel, but also a community that supported and cheered me on in all my running goals. The owner is probably one of the nicest humans ever. When I first came to the store he spent a lot of time finding the right shoe for me because I can be picky, and through the years has special ordered styles for me"
"Had a friend recommend since I was looking for new running shoes. I got my feet scanned and Robyn explained why I might want to try custom insoles along with a "neutral" shoe since I was having some heel pain. Everyone was pretty impressed with my high arches as I never really paid much attention to it. Ops! I opted to try the insoles since she mentioned they were free to try in-store and I was up to try anything that might make running a little more comfortable..didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was pretty impressed and ended up walking out of the store with some Brooks as well. I will definitely be back."
"Great local running shop with attentive service and some cool inventory not found elsewhere. My wife and I had our strides analyzed on the treadmill and the owner helped us select shoes that were the perfect style and design for our needs. We also grabbed a super-cool LED harness for our dog (my running partner) to make him more visible at night! They host lots of local runs and appear to support a strong and dedicated running community. Will visit again!"
