"The store is very nice. Very organized, clean, friendly staff. I had ordered online , 2 different sizes and had to return the ones that did not work out. While starting a return I noticed a Landsend store 58 miles from me. Was very surprised, had no clue one was there. So did the return, received a coupon for 10% off, of course I looked around. Yep I found some jean looking pants fit perfect. I love them,..... Great find, great price so happy I discovered the store not to far away. Was a beautiful day for a drive!!!!!"
"Excellent sale prices. Quality remains very good. Selection was nice. Only complaint., Same jacket purchased 2 different days, 2 different colors. Would not price preferred colored jacket the lower price. I can understand....to a degree..."
"Great customer service. Instead of waiting in line with an online return. A sales associate accepted my return and offered. I go look around as I get an extra discount just for my return. I found a sweater on sale. Less satisfied with how their priceing. Not outlet priceing for everything"
"Pretty good place. Clean and organized and have a good petite section for us short people lol. Clean fitting rooms, good quality clothes but a but pricey. But when you have hard size to find, it helps! Beware, the sale stuff did not ring up correctly, and a staffer was asked to check the sign i mentioned. If it says same or clearance. may not be because they claimed some things are put in wrong places. That's why i only have 3 stars. Wish they had larger petite sizes though. My daughter purchased alot and was happy with it."
