"This review is long overdue, but I have never had a more amazing shopping experience than I did here. I was greeted by the most personable saleswoman, Miss D. I told her I was looking for a little black dress and she pulled out all the stops for me. She took her time with me and picked absolutely BEAUTIFUL dresses for me. She made me actually feel beautiful, which is something I don't feel very often. She makes you feel cared about, and that your business matters. I ended up getting all 3 dresses she suggested for me.Honestly, give this woman a raise, she deserves it! Working with the public can be soul crushing!"

"I had terrible experience returning an item to this specific store , manger Angelica was so rude and she refused to return jeans even though I had the receipt and the item was less than 30 days since I purchased it. Manger Angelica told me you can go somewhere else and you should bring the tag with the jeans. I replied is this written somewhere. She gave me the receipt and told me it is written on the back . As I was reading it , what she mentioned was not written . ( meaning she did not read it and she was pointing to anything depending on that I am not going to read it) when I asked her where is it , she replied “ merry Christmas, I won’t return these items . Go somewhere else” I immediately contacted the the company by phone where they were so polite and apologized to me and asked me to go back to her and she will return the item for you . I went back to the store and found her looking at me with disgust and took the bag from me and throw it on the counter with such very aggressive behavior. And she said “I am returning these for you and I don’t have to “ then She gave me the receipt and I left . I want to say that all my purchases mostly from express and I love the brand and I returned items before with no problem at all. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service not the product. Thank you ."
