"I discovered unauthorized credit card charges that occurred over the course of a year. Plushblow, without my knowledge or consent, charged me a monthly fee of first $66 and then $72 for a blowdry package that I did not use, sign up for, or want. It was only when I changed my credit card that I received an email notifying me of a declined payment, which was the first time I became aware of these charges. Upon discussing the matter with the owner of Plushblow, she refuses to refund the charges despite being unable to provide any proof of authorization or furnish the alleged email notifications about the monthly charges. Despite her initial assurance that she possessed all the relevant information and would share it with me, it is now clear that she does not. Consequently, I am considering pursuing legal action, but I would encourage everyone to review your own credit card charges and not to do business with Plushblow. It is very disappointing that a local business would treat their customers this way. I would expect more from an in-town place."

"Not really sure what I spent money on. I could’ve done my hair better at home without it looking burnt. Not sure in what world we twirl the hair while blowing it out and then call that beach waves. The salon is super small and crowded and honestly it just feels like a factory. I would rather pay more and go to Hott Blowdry!"
