"I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now since moving to Rye and I will NEVER go back. The woman took my polish off so rough and rushing my hands were in pain, and fingers were burning from the buffer. I do not come to the nail salon as a paying customer for a rushed, harsh service, but rather a relaxing comfortable time. As the only client who was a women of color in the salon I felt very racially profiled as everyone else was receiving kind proper service while my presence seemed like a bother. I will never return and encourage others to spend their money where every customer is treated equally and not roughly because of their skin color. Truly shameful, disgusting behavior. Do better Lovely Nail & Spa! There are many other nail salons in the area that treat people of any color/race with the respect they deserve, but this is not one of them."

"I have been coming to lovely nails for almost two years now. All the staff does an amazing job and they always make me feel welcome each time I walk in. Appointment or not they always find a way to get yours nails done. I recently discovered they do lashes as well and they came out beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"This place is deceiving because on the surface it looks clean, but throughout my nails done, it didn't follow all the necessary professional steps, important sanitation was left out. The person who did the massage was either careless or not trained. I left there felt wasted money and time. Parking is difficult"
