"10/10 service . Jelena completely transformed my hair. I came in with orange roots from bleach and she was able to get it all out and do my blonde highlights . Highly recommend!!"
"Very disappointed. My 8 year old came in for a quick kid haircut. They washed her hair and cut it. We were then charged $85!!! For a childs simple hair cut. We leave and see her shivering. I ask her whats wrong and find out her ENTIRE BACK OF HER SHIRT WAS SOAKED. Not just a little wet. soaked!! I went back to tell them and they just said oh let me throw that in the dryer.... so my kid will be shirtless for 15 mins while her shirt is in the dryer??? No mention or a partial refund or maybe a free blow out for the issue. Im appalled at the lack of customer service. Will not be returning (even though the hair stylist was quite nice and did a great job)."
