"I paid over $100 for a gel polish manicure and pedicure and a week after(!!) the manicure chipped on every single nail on my left hand. Looking at the surface and comparing to my right hand, it looks like they forgot to put the glossy layer on my left hand nails, I never had such a purely done manicure."

"UPDATE: turns out my pedicure only lasted about two weeks before chipping (normally when I get it done in other places it lasts me 4+ weeks). Perhaps I would give 3 stars if I wasn’t left crying after my appointment. My biggest complaints have to do with dishonesty and treating the client as nothing more than a cash cow. First to be fair to them I want to say that my simple plain colored enamel pedicure was perfectly fine. Now for my hands, it was for my wedding so I wanted a particular nail design done (ombré) and called ahead to see if they could do it. The man on the phone was very confident they could do anything so I made an appointment. Out of an abundance of caution I also emailed them two photos of the nail design and asked them to please confirm with the nail tech they could replicate it. They emailed back yes. As you can see from my photo they failed miserably and sent me home with no polish and implied that I was just being picky because their design was similar (an uglier and messier version with dots and bubbles). They insisted on me paying for the half done manicure and didn’t seem to care about the client at all, it was all about just getting paid. I ended up getting everything fixed at Cindy’s in Harrison (who actually enjoys doing nails and cares about clients) so I would highly recommend if you are reading this to look into that salon instead."

"I had an amazing experience with ELSA! Let me preface this by saying, I like intricate nail art, Specifically portrait and cartoon art. I'm Also very particular about m nails as I've grown my natural nails out long and want to keep them healthy. After much research and email correspondence about the design i wanted, price confirmation, and other inquiry's I decided to book the Prime service, (custom art on all 10 nails) with ELSA. When I first entered the space I was immediately greeted and asked if i'd like water coffee or tea, I was led to my seat and introduced to m technician for the day (ELSA). When sitting you notice they have charging ports for your phone and also put a lid on your during so there are no nail partials that get into your drink as you are getting your service done, its the little things that really make the experience. Lets get to the Nails. ELSA and I consulted Briefly about the exact customization I wanted, I showed to her pictures and she understood exactly what I wanted and got started. Her sheer attention to detail was second to none. She didn't rush she took her time and after each design shaped my nails beautifully and the design came out better than I could ever expect. I,m so happy. with my nails. its been about 4 weeks and my nails are still intact. The One downfall after my service, I noticed another lady checking out and she was asked if she'd like to book her next service with them. It was my first time there and I expected to be asked the same question, though I was not. that stung a bit because I did spend a lot of money there but I figured maybe because i was there a long time, maybe that detail may have slipped her mind, And tried not to take that too personally. I've Booked another appointment coming up next week, so all in all, It was a great experience. Thanks ELSA.,"

"This is the worst manicure ever! My cuticles we barely cut, I have bubbles in my nails and little pieces of hair. While I was drying my nails the manger came up to my friend and I and said “ don’t forgot to tip”! A older women walked in and was treated completely different, asking if she wanted a massage right away. So rude and never going back."
