"Appointment is on 430pm, super busy but they wont care and still would just make an "appointment" for you. I arrived on 4:20pm, unable to see the doc till 6pm and i was only going for a simple cleansing. Definitely wouldn't recommend"

"Go to Nicky if you need X-rays and cleaning. I've been to many other places and they all hurt! But Nicky is extremely adept with the tools and leaves my gums clean, my teeth shiny without the discomfort. Dr Chan did my extractions. Shots and teeth removal were painless. Quite amazing. Dr Jung did my implants. Was recommended to him and would recommend him strongly. Swelling was minimal and was gone within two hours. Turned out I only had to supplement with one Advil pill to manage the pain."

"Have never felt compelled to review a dentist before but my experience here was spectacular. From the phone call I had to set my appointment to arriving at the dentistry to receiving my cleaning, the service was impeccable. I had a very easy time as a first time patient there and they even sent me home with free toothpaste, a toothbrush, and cute small container of floss. Staff were professional and friendly and the person who cleaned my teeth (Ying I think) was very nice. The doctor saw me for a bit and was very kind. Overall a very good experience. I did have to wait about 30min before being seen after arriving and filling out paperwork but that's pretty standard I would think. I absolutely recommend going to this dentistry."

The staff team is also very care and helpful with all the questions I had. "There are lots of dentists in Queens, but it is extremely difficult to find a dentist that actually cares for the wellbeing of a patient. Someone who can do the work efficiently and avoid unnecessary treatments and products simply for profit. I have been coming here for a while now and I was recently seen by Dr. Ho (never been treated by him before). From my visit, I gathered that he is knowledgeable, professional and explained everything thoroughly. I've been seen by other dentists at this location but Dr. Ho really exceeded my expectations. He did an amazing job with my fillings and I would definitely recommend him to anyone! I will definitely be returning to receive treatment from Dr. Ho in the future!"
