"Travelled almost an hour on public transit with a 2 year old to see this dentist. When we arrived no one was there, door locked and not answering the phone. I thought maybe something awful happened to the dentist so wanted to give them time to call me back. No one ever did. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me ever. Bizarre experience."
"WOW! DR,KALANTAROV NOT ONLY A SWEETHEART AND ATTENTIVE, POLITE AND NEAT, HE IS A FIRST DENTIST THAT ACTUALLY CARED AND LISTEN AND EXPLAINED! HIS STAFF IS GREAT , THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM AND GREETED ME AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW MY PLAN WORKS AND ETC. THE OFFICE IS JUST BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN ALL 21 ST CENTURY DENTISTRY , DIGITAL AND HE NOT ONLY TOOK X-RAYS HE ALSO SHOWED ME ALL ON THE PICTURE SO I SEE AND UNDERSTAND OF WHAT THE TREATMENT WILL BE! CONSULTATION WAS AWESOME NO RUSH ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND PLANED ALL MY PAYMENT PLAN WITH THE MANAGER AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WERE WELL. I NEVER WAITED IN WAITING ROOM MORE THAN 5 MINUTES IF ANY, EVERYTHING WAS ALWAYS PROMPTED AND ACCURATE, NO SURPRISES FINANCIALLY, MY COSMETIC AND RESTORATIVE TREATMENT WAS DONE AND SINCE I BECAME A PATIENT IN 2013 I HAD ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIEND AGO AND THEY ALL THANKED ME! MAYBE HE WASN'T EVEN WORKING SEEING PATIENTS, OR THE GIRL THAT PICKED UP IS NO LINGER THERE ? KOOL SMILES DENTAL IS A GREAT OFFICE CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, STAFF IS GREAT , DOCTOR IS JUST WHAT I WISH ALL DOCTORS WOULD BE , CARING , PROFESSIONAL AND A PERFECTIONIST! I AM HIGHLY SATISFIED!!!
