"Dr. Angie Li gave our kids a wonderful experience. She is calm, patient, friendly, and informative. My kids have never visited a dentist before and always feared visiting one. Dr. Li made the visit very comfortable for them. She displayed a high level of professionalism and addressed all my concerns. My daughter needed an extraction, and was extremely nervous, but the extraction was very quick and before we knew it it was complete. I highly recommend this dentist."

"This place is ridiculous and outrageous! I scheduled my child's appointment for dental filling four month in advance because they told me they could only do filling on Fridays, so I removed all my other appointments and scheduled it for September, again that was four month in advance back in May. When I went to the office as scheduled, it was closed!!! I did not receive any voice message as a reminder except for a text message, which I later found out was sent less than a week from my scheduled date. What did they suppose me to do with such a short notice?! So I called them right away on the next business day hoping they would accommodate and reschedule it asap. Surprisingly, all the receptionist did was blaming me of missing their calls and texts and not to mention they no longer offer Fridays to do dental filling anymore. They changed their schedule with a short notice in spite that the schedule was made four month in advance!!! This is a very irresponsible and unreliable office with unprofessional and demeaning staff. 服务非常糟糕，而且很不负责任！在没有提供足够的时间下，临时取消预约。而且每次去看的医生都不一样，感觉医生和工作人员都相当不专业。"

"08/27/2021 We made a reservation for my 2 year old son at 4:15 PM. We arrived at 3:50. After over one hour waiting, we still have not seen and heard from the doctor. It’s ridiculous! If you can not take care of that much kids, just don’t make so many reservations. It’s not easy to keep a 2 year old boy waiting for that long! We decided to leave and ask our money back. When we leave, there’s no one showing up to tell us why and give us an apology. Do NOT go to this DDS, just wasting your time! 有多少能力，做多少事。别为了赚点钱，把服务质量降那么低。"
