"I truly wish I could give this place 5 stars. The service, salon, and the staff were so great. Unfortunately, my lashes started falling out on night 1. I had my lashes done on Tuesday. By Tuesday night, a little clump from the middle section of my left lashes fell off. On days 2,3 and 4 I kept having lashes fall off. It is quite embarrassing to constantly have people tell me I have lashes on my face. I waited until day 3 to workout and I was mortified when I looked in the mirror to see so many lashes on my face. Today is day 4 since having my lashes done and they look as if they're on week 4. I followed the care instructions, and I can honestly say this has never happened any other time I had my lashes done. I will be contacting the salon to see if I can have something done to correct this. Unfortunately, I had these lashes done before leaving town. The first picture shows lashes falling off on day 2 the second picture is day 4... Much less lashes."

"I got a gift Groupon for Lash BLVD for a manicure with Bryttany. The ambiance was really nice and the ladies were all very kind. I opted for a gel manicure. We went into a small room that was just for nails. Bryttani was kind and pleasant to chat with. I am giving 3 stars because 6/10 of my fingers have cuts and were bleeding from the manicure which was very upsetting. I expected better care and caution, especially as the establishment portrays itself as high end."
"Very relaxing, clear guidelines on covid procedures and there is a separate nail and pedicure room you get all to yourself which is awesome! It was a nice thorough pedicure with a great massage chair and my nails came out great and they dry fast. Will love to go again, it is very reasonably priced!"
