"The female receptionist purposely doesnt answer the phone. And the dentist doesnt care about your concerns or pain theres always a rebuttal to everything and shes very rough and careless. I showed two other dentists her root canal after i ended up in the emergency with so much pain and they both said her work was sloppy. Worst practice ever RUN far away from here . But honestly i dont think she even cares she sees the google reviews and still doesnt fire her staff or try to be more understanding."

"Poor administrative work. I made an appointment via phone call which was virtually impossible since they never pick up the phone. I arrive to the receptionist and I am met with a confrontational attitude. I tried to explain that I had an appointment but I still had to wait for almost 2 hours. I was stuck in a nasty office and they didn’t even let me use the bathroom. Avoid at all costs."

"The receptionist at this office never picks up the phone, and when she does, is EXTREMELY rude. Needed an appointment on a dental issue and can't even get through, and am disregarded when she chooses to answer. I have already paid for an appointment but am being ignored on scheduling. The dentist is aware of the behavior of staff but lets her continue to ignore patient requests. Please do NOT go here, as they will not help you."

"If I had to rate on unprofessionalism and incompetence - 5 stars. This office is horrible. The receptionist must be a family friend because he is terrible at his job. Patients are overbooked. He doesn’t answer the phone OR return calls. There’s an average 45-60min wait just to be seated IN A CHAIR. (The dentist will saunter in about 20 minutes after that) In the waiting room, patients are subjected to the right-wing political news networks that the receptionist watches ALL DAY LONG. The dentist is a hack. She will do the bare minimum and force you to book a second appointment so she can finish the rest because she “ran out of time.” WHAT?! How can someone like that call themself a professional? I’ve been to over 15 dentist offices in my life and this is by far the absolute worst. If you are someone who doesn’t value your time, money, teeth or, most importantly, your sanity, then this place is for you. Otherwise, I would strongly advise you go to literally any other dentist."

"Dr. Pinsky its amazing...I use to be afraid of the dentist but she makes you comfortable & has a gentle hand. I have recommended many of friends to her & my sister in law went & called me right away saying she loved her. Her staff always tends to your needs & are very attentive. Would HIGHLY recommend her."
