"I love to support small businesses. Dick’s sneaker stock is something to talk about! 9 out of 10 times you better believe they will not have my wife or my size. Not just this store Valley Stream as well. I feel bad for the workers there its not their fault Dick’s is out stock, But it takes away from doing their job. Great customer service experience is on line here."

"I wish I could give zero stars. Lots of employees congregating and doing absolutely nothing. Walked out after waiting over 30 minutes for sneakers as they only had 2 employees there. Went upstairs to get base layers but only had one box of base leggings in youth. No tops were out. As I was exiting, noticed base layers for youth which not one employee pointed me to. Not one size medium. Definitely a terrible experience."

"I tried to buy shoes here and it was a complete nightmare. I waited nearly an hour and had to ask 2 separate employees to bring out shoes for Me to Try on. The first time I asked for 2 pairs, they were never brought out. 20 mins goes by, i try to ask another employee for one pair, proceed to wait another 15 mins. I didn’t even bother asking to try something else on."
