"The store curates a truly fun and unique assortment of gift items. As a local resident, I had been planning to do much of my holiday shopping there. Sadly, the owner responded unprofessionally when a (very expensive) item was sold to me damaged. She threw the situation back into my lap, when it would have taken so little to correct it and do right by a customer. That type of attitude does not help the whole “shop local” movement. Yup, Amazon treats me better."
