"I had an appointment on 11/29/23 for a root canal for a tooth that previously had a cap. This experience was extremely pleasant. The receptionist was amazing and made check in easy. Dr. Gengo's assistant was very nice. Dr. Gengo explained everything he was going to do and made the experience relaxing. During the root canal, I was so relaxed, I fell asleep! I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone needing a root canal. This is a very professional office and the atmosphere of the office put me at ease. I was thoroughly impressed!!"
"Dr. Gengo and his staff were true professionals. They made sure I was completely comfortable with each visit. If I ever had any questions about something, he would explain it and break it down, making it easier to understand what the procedure was and the next steps that came with it. The assistant would even play whatever genre of music I felt like listening to at the time during the procedure. Everyone was very friendly and they always tried to make each visit feel like home, which really helps calm the nerves."
"Excellent experience! No one looks forward to a root canal! But Doctor Gengo makes the experience a good one. He explains the procedure and then goes about repairing your tooth in the best possible way. Very professional. After two days I was back to eating normally with no pain whatsoever! And the first two days of healing were non eventful. His staff is also excellent and make you feel very comfortable. Thank you!"
"Dr Gengo and staff were outstanding! He was very gentle and super fast with the root canal. It didn't hurt at all during the procedure and after. Happy I was referred to him. I hope I never have to get another root canal but If I do it would only be done by him. Office is super clean and bright and all of his staff were very nice and fun to talk to."
