"This office is terrible. I had an orthodontic emergency and was told to come in. When I got there they told me it would be $500 just to fix my bonded retainer which is a 1 inch piece of metal wire!! Over the phone they said a FEW hundred. Then the Orthodontist- Jason Jones was not even willing to negotiate on that astronomical price whatsoever. He didn't even have the decency to come out and speak to me. Very unreasonable and a serious lack of compassion in regards to patient's needs. I would NOT reccommend this establishment to anyone. Period."
