"They canceled my new patient appointment with almost no notice and the reschedule I took was on a date that was filled with appointments. I had no alternative. On my way there my daughter called and said she missed the bus to school so I went and drove to school and was 6 minutes late for the appointment. I was told they wouldn't see me and the person behind the counter mentioned,well I was late. If first impressions are indicative of how they work with this place is bad."

"My dentist retired and I was able to get in to WNY Dental on South Park. The dentist gave me a prescription for an antibiotic for an infection and a referral to a specialist for some problems I was having. I developed a headache and sever heartburn almost immediately. When t he situation did not go away, I did a google search and found my antibiotic could be the problem. I called the office and asked if I should stop the meds or not. I was told that the doctor would be asked and I would get a call back. Six hours later, no call back. So I have retreived my exrays to take elsewhere. Never, ever have I heard of such negligence in any medical office to not get back with a patient having a potential problem with a new medication. Even if the dentist was out, there are numerous dentists in the WNY Dental group. There is no excuse whatsoever to leave a patient unanswered where a medicine is in question. Six hours was more than enough time to get an answer."

"I have seen Dr Adam Gailey twice and I am always quite anxious when going to the dentist both were “urgent “ visits. I was extremely pleased, relaxed and comfortable each time. Would highly recommend."

"Told me two weeks before my appointment that they couldn't see me anymore that day and the next available is 8 months from now or I could drive 45 minutes away to another location 4 months from now. "Cancel list is 500 people long" so I wouldn't get a canceled appt either. No wonder no one wants to work here"

"Out of all the dentists that take my insurance, they were the only who would get me in within 24 hours for an emergency. All the rest said 3 weeks to month. I have dental anxiety but not the traditional fear of pain and needles kind. The kind that stems from over 30 years of having dental problems and no dentist ever listening to me and taking me seriously. So, I've given up. But, already in just one visit, WNY Dental has been different. I don't expect a miracle, and even if in the end, It's still too cost prohibitive to have done what I need done, at least they didn't make me feel like a complainer, like they thought I was making it up, like I didn't deserve to be treated like a person who needed help. They were kind and understanding. Said I need what I have always known I needed, and have been praying a dentist would say for decades. They didn't try to tell me what I wanted or didn't want , like all other dentists have done. Although I'm a bit uncomfortable with how not very private their exam rooms are, if they're at least willing to help me, even if I can't afford it, I can sacrifice the privacy comfort for a dentist that actually cares, like they do at WNY Dental."
