"We had a great experience at Stellar Dental. Kelly went above and beyond to make my children comfortable and enthusiastic about their teeth cleaning. My five year old and my seven year old went from being scared; to declaring before bed that they wanted to go back to the dentist everyday! My fifteen year old has anxiety and usually has a rough time with dental exams and even she had a wonderful positive experience with Kelly. "I really don't like to give 1-star reviews. I am only following through because they invited me to fill out a survey and the link goes to Google. I had a bad experience here. I called an made an appointment for a cleaning/new patient exam. I went in and got x-rays and an exam, but was told I had to come back for a cleaning - which obviously confused me. I was told the reason for this was that I needed a deeper cleaning that required more time. When I came the next day for a follow up, I was told I needed to schedule a deep cleaning in a week or so but I would just be getting the normal cleaning (that I wanted the previous day...). I am sure there was some reason for the confusion, but this dentist office did a horrible job communicating what that reason was. When I asked for clarification, I was told to sit down -- which I did before I ended up walking out. For what it's worth, I called another dental group in the area, got a next day appointment, and had an exam/cleaning with no problem or runaround or additional time or additional appointments. Your mileage may vary. Additionally, I was not pleased at all with the services I did receive. I did not find the staff at this location friendly or welcoming. I was initially called into the back as the wrong patient... getting all the way into the chair before I realized she was talking about a root canal. Mistakes happen but yikes. Even without the confusion about the cleaning I wouldn't have made another appointment here. Just my $0.02. As much as I would love to give a 2 or 3 star review I can't. I hope I never have to wrestle with that "should I stay or should I go?" feeling again. For me, ultimately, leaving was the right decision."
