"Don't be fooled by its many locations. Dr. Jones keeps adding new locations just for money. He does not care about the treatment. No remote checkin, not accessible through email, appointment time changes without notice, when you see him he's too busy caring for too many patients so the time you'll be able to talk with him is about 1 minute. My wife had a different orthodontist and that's how I know where the bar should be at."

"We have been part of S.O. for over 4 years. We have about an hour and a half travel time to the office. Doctor Jones and staff came highly recommended to us. We were very impressed from our very first visit. Doctor Jones is very personal, talks to our daughter one on one about her treatment, talks to us as parents, is very knowledgeable, we completely trust him, and value his treatment plan. Our daughter has more of a unique issue with missing her top two lateral teeth. She started seeing Doctor Jones when she was nine. He has seen a case similar to hers and worked with making corrections for this person. He’s had experience and set out a plan of action for her. We had time before we needed to start this treatment. He did follow up appointments to keep an eye on her and to make sure everything was still on track. We finally came to the point to start braces over a year ago. Himself and staff has been absolutely great in this process. Making again the travel time worth it every 6 weeks or so. The available weekend appointments also make it nice. He is great with communication not only with us, but her as well as we continue on this journey. We are very thankful to have found Doctor Jones and his staff. I can’t say enough positive about S.O. and highly recommend them."

"I felt compelled to write a review, as you can see there is a old review that is very negative.My experience here was wonderful, first impressions "uh oh it looks really busy" but, within 10 min, my son was called in, my daughter was right behind him 5 minutes later.The staff was amazing, bringing 2 small children to a orthodontist is no small feat, yet everyone from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was fantastic. Dr. Jones and his staff made my children comfortable, and at ease. They were informative, and very family friendly. We have a long road ahead of us as far as dental work goes but we are very pleased to doing it under the care of Suburban Orthodontics! One happy Mom, and two happy kids in Hamburg.
