"Both times I have tried this place I have not received the service I requested. 1st I asked that they not shape around my dogs face, simply trim a little and it was fully shaved around his eyes. This time I asked for no cutting of any kind, only a good bath and he came home with the same bad cut as the first time. My poor puppy :( we will not be back."
"I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I think people should be aware. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR DOODLES. I noticed that in a lot of the previous bad reviews the owner of the salon will comment and basically say that the way each dog turned out was either due to matting or the fault of the owner. I’m going to dispel that right now. I brush my dog regularly and thoroughly so I know where or if he had matting. If there were any knots in his hair it would’ve been under his chin and under his chest where his harness sits. I brought him here for his very first haircut. He’s a 10 month old chocolate labradoodle. His hair was fairly long so I asked that they take off about half and give him a fully rounded teddy bear face, they did not. They completely shaved him. In between his eyes is almost completely bald. I’m definitely unsatisfied and will not be bringing him back. Thank God it’s just hair and will grow back."
"Truly disappointed in how they shaved my dog almost completely down. I know he has doodle hair, but we brush him out every day and I showed the lady at the desk one spot I couldn’t get a tangle out on his chest. He was not tangled anywhere else so they should not have shaved him this much. We went over that. He is practically bald in between his eyes! And they cut the hair around his face so short. I’m sure they’re good groomers but I do not recommend taking any doodles there. They should stick to small dogs. Thank god hair grows back!"
