"Do not trust them. My experience with them has not been a pleasant one. After calling and canceling my policy they continued to take my money out. I reached back out and they told me my policy was in fact not cancelled. And that I had to go through all these steps if I wanted my policy cancelled. I ended up paying for insurance on a car that hadn’t been on the road for months. They told me they would remove the auto pay. But didn’t and continued to take my money out. I eventually had to go file a fraud claim with my bank to stop them from stealing from me"
