That's because he won't let people review unless they are positive. He refuses to allow us to review, although currently I am pursuing Farmers to force him, given that I am currently a paying customer, and he is refusing service. Highly unethical. 6/22/2023 Edit: Firstly, whomever you claimed to contact is not the owner of the business, nor is he listed as the policy owner. So you're either lying, or incompetent. Secondly, Taylor himself is willing to go on record that your reached out to him personally and asked him to let me know so you didn't have to. Who gave you permission to speak to a separate agency regarding my policy? Thirdly, pretty disingenuous that you refuse to allow your 3rd party reviewer to let me leave a review. Almost as if you're painting a picture that doesn't align with reality. We have filed a complaint with the NYS Department of Financial Services against this agency, for unethical business practices."
