"I went into earthbound a few months ago with my friend at Sangertown & went in, spoke with a very sweet associate who I happened to know in highschool, so I knew her name. However, when I went to check out the manager Morganne cut in & just off the start was extremely rude. Asked who took care of us, I said Anna & she corrected me on her name? In a very rude way. I didn’t understand why, as she didn’t know me & didn’t know I had knew her. Just very odd vibes. And just the whole interaction was rude. Probably won’t be in there again unless Anna’s there, because she was FANTASTIC!!!!!"
"Definitely a perfect place if you love the soft, grunge, or "positive" aesthetic. The necklaces are so cute, the only complaint is that they tarnish really easily. Love the positive vibes this place puts out aswell."
"terrible management. i walked into the store to purchase some gifts for a family member when i saw the store manager morganne berate an associate. this is now the second time i’ve seen her blatantly demean and bully her staff in front of all the customers. not a welcoming environment. will not be returning to a store that doesn’t respect their staff."
"I frequent this store and I overheard a conversation saying that they had won an award of $100 and they wanted to purchase a karaoke machine. I’m all for the karaoke machine and feel they should get it. Music is good for the soul."
"Morganne was such an amazing help when I went in for new clothing items to fit my aesthetic. She really went above and beyond; asking questions about what my style is, what I like wearing, and how I like things to fit me. She was able to pick out some items that worked for me perfectly, along with some fun items like crystals, and a new tarot deck! Thank you for making my experience at Earthbound such a great one, Morganne! I cannot wait to come back and shop with her again. :)"
