"I would NEVER have shopped at this store with my 9 yr old if I had known they do not take RETURNS! What kind of clothing store won't give you back your money if you want to return merchandise you paid for? They force you to come back to the store with a gift card or exchange. If I wanted to come back to shop again it should be because I choose to NOT because I'm am being forced to! I am absolutely livid. With such a strict policy that is unfriendly to the customer it should be clearly posted throughout the store. I will be telling everyone who will listen about my experience since it will be the only way they will find out the facts about this place."

"Employees ridiculously slow cashing out customers with massive lines then very impolite when you finally get up to check out, not saying “hi” “thank you” or anything.Dressed like slobs in sweatpants with belly fat hanging out and slippers on. Dressing rooms stilled closed which is a major inconvenience. Staff literally seem like they could care less about anything."

"I was very disappointed in the attitude from the very unfriendly employee who "helped" me. My daughter was returning a pair of shorts, we stood at the register without any acknowledgment from the employees who were standing at the counter. Finally she looks at us and with an attitude says "do you need help?". I answered her "yes please, my daughter would like to return these shorts". The employee pauses, rolls her eyes & very quietly says "want something else or store credit?" I asked if she could just return the money onto my card. She, very unpleasantly says "um, we don't take returns". I said "ok, store credit is fine". She seemed very irritated with this whole process. After we left the store, my daughter asked why the lady was so mad."

"December 5th, 2020 morning shift manager Heather extremely unprofessional and snobby and rude!!!! Wow! I should have knew better than to try to get anywhere with such an immature uneducated manager. Calling the corporate number to get refunded on my gift card, I don’t want to do business with a manager who handles things the way she did. I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. If she wasn’t hiding anything she would have gave it to me, I told her I’d be contacting corporate. Get some real managers in that place with experience with customer service. This is why this store keeps failing."

"Such rude employees every time I'm in there. Miserable girls. I usually feel racially profiled when shopping there as well though I always spend good money while there. Today I was told they wont apply discounts to damaged items (I had the last pair of pants I wanted to purchase and they were damaged and I asked if anything could be taken off) Whats nuts is when I was in the store with my non-ethnic (white) friend last week they discounted a top for her with makeup on it. I had $100 worth of clothes in my hand to purchase. They also never greet me, ask if I need help or even smile, even at each other. I was shocked to learn the girl I spoke with was actually the manager. I've worked customer service almost my whole life and I am SHOCKED this is the staff they have."
