"Very disappointed. This place has gotten so ridiculous. The girls u have buying in the items people bring take old (not trending or in style) clothes. I bring totes and garbage bags with brand new barely worn clothes and they take maybe 6 items at most. Or they’re very selective on summer items during the fall but when it’s summer I bring my summer stuff and they’re selective on summer so I never know what to even bring bc their always selective on literally everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t recommend taking your items there.All my items I bring are brand named and barely worn, then I look at the stuff on the shelves and their worse then mine with holes in them or stains or even items that aren’t even in style anymore."
"Just left because a worker ran into my daughter and then ran into me re racking items. When she came through again I made eye contact with her and said wow! And she smiles and says "I was supposed to be out of here like an hour ago""
"Terrible staff. Terrible service. As someone who worked at this local store for years it’s terrible. Knowing the buy process and brands and what not they passed on tons of my free peole attire. Brought in three huge bags after I carefully went thru it all as if I was buying and they take nothing. A literal joke of an establishment."
"This place is a joke, I brought in a big bag of clothes all name brand and only three items were taken. Brand new items with tags still on them didn’t take them either. There’s items in the store with stains and holes that have been taken. I bring my seasonal clothes during that season and I’m told there being selective on the seasonal items that I brought.."
