Other repair shops told me I'd have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment and that they would keep the car because it was not drivable without the headlight. Mark at Smith Automotive got me in same-day for an estimate, and immediately installed a new headlight so I could drive my car safely until the rest of the work could be scheduled a few weeks out. "Never again. Visited to have some body work after a minor accident, paid for by insurance. No communication that the scope of work was drastically expanded, and the only concern was that i didn't have to have a rental ... so nearly double the repair time didn't matter. Vehicle smelled of paint on the inside. Hub caps were left inside the car. Lug nuts were not even tight, good thing I checked."

"I hit a deer and need to have my bumper replaced. My car looks like it's new again. And on top of the repairs the also detailed it inside. I'm a pet sitter and always am transporting dogs. My car was a disaster. Hair everywhere the windows were covered in dog slobber. Just gross. When I got it back there were no slobber left on the windows or hair anywhere to be seen. I was very excited and impressed with what they did. Highly recommend their services!"
