"Used to get my oil changed here when it was Henderson's and they did a great job. This time, as West Herr, no prices were posted in the lounge area and I wasn't told that they price for an oil change had increased by $30! When I inquired why I was paying so much, no one really seemed to care and I was told 'well that's our new prices' I couldn't do anything because the job was all ready completed. No price increases posted anywhere! I called another dealership, across the street and the price there was what I paid last time. Never going back here! Feeling ripped off."

"Huge thumbs up!! Quick lane was the absolute best. I know with short staffing things have been as they should but what a turn around! April and Mary were just amazing. They were able to get me right in for an oil change and while I was there I needed to get rear brakes and it was done right there in a timely fashion! April and Mary were a blast to spend the morning with. They made me laugh all morning. April was so cute the way that she answered the phones and was talking to customers. Mary went and checked the progress of my vehicle several times to ensure I was not there all day. After my service I went next door to the service side and talked to Steve who was very professional. He answered all of my recall questions and walked around my vehicle with me. Really felt I was being taken care of. Definitely will be back! Thanks again Henderson!"

"Quite literally one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. We bought out a lease from Henderson. Just prior doing so we had noticed a squeak while driving. We were reassured multiple times at the purchase that this would be addressed since its under warranty. We signed and the following week we were supposed to have an appointment to get it fixed. Well when that day came somehow they now couldn't get us fit in and we had to book it out weeks later. The first time we dropped it off they never even got around to looking at it. I had to go up there and pick it up because we have a family that needs this car. The second time I dropped it off the same thing happened. The third time they said that fixed it.....well they sure didn't. It still squeaks while driving. Now I'm left trying to go to a different service center to get this addressed. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different location that has some pride and integrity in their work."
