"The local Perri's chain has quickly become my favorite Rochester Pizza. I frequent this one and the one on Long Pond Rd. The pizza is excellent at both. Thinner crust than a lot of Rochester style pizza but not quite NYC style thin crust. Its often just a bit crispy on the bottom, which is much better IMO than soggy or under done crust and is a lot less doughy than other area chains. This local is mostly a pick-up delivery location. The one on Long Pond is good for a lunch break. The $5 slices are terrific. They are not stingy like some competitors have become. Toppings and sauce are good too. My favorite local pizza."

"This is a great pizza place. The pizza is always excellent. They always offer cheese, pepperoni, and buffalo chicken slices and at lunch they offer several specialty slices (different every day) which are always fun. The slices are huge and are essentially bigger than a meal but are only $5.50. It's really the best deal around for a delicious, big, filling lunch. The staff is really great. They are always friendly and willing to help out."

"Ordered a sheet pizza for delivery and it ended up missing a topping completely. It wasn't a complicated order and it was actually really disappointing. They did offer a credit to rectify the situation which is nice, but I don't usually order from Perris and would have rather just been credited for the topping that was missing. The pizza nevertheless was still pretty good, and the wings were fantastic."

"Asked for a refund on my wings because there was no sauce when I asked for mediums and we got drum sticks when we asked for all flats. I was told I could not have a refund because the kitchen said they sauced them. So not only did I not get what I ordered but I was also accused of lying."
