"This is a favorite stop especially while in Fairport NY. The staff is always very nice and polite. The service is always professional. The restaurant is very clean and the food always great quality. The take 2 menu item is always a family favorite. A good place for a meet up."
"I am very disappointed in Panera. Not only are they very expensive for a basic meal, the size of the sandwich over all is honestly robbery. I spent 15$ on a sandwich. The taste of it was fine the usual turkey Avocado BLT. THE SIZE WAS SMALLER THAN AN UNCRUSTABLE. I wouldn't mind spending a little more if the size of the sandwich was for a human adult instead of a 2 year old child that I think Panera is truly trying to cater. Panera, please do better."

"Check your orders!!!! This is the third time I have not had a complete order. Twice they failed to include the cookies I ordered, didn't have time to check things before I got home. This time they failed to bring out the freaking $8 smoothie for our drive thru. When you have kids in the car... using drive thru is the way to go. The manager here acted super inconvenienced by having to apologize but it was his own mistake. Acted very skittish to give me his bosses information. So now I'm calling corporate and looking for Brian. You owe me money Panera.... the cookies, not thrilled but to almost leave an $8 smoothie.... not okay."
