"We ordered subs on a Saturday. It was my 2 kids and I. My youngest ordered his and then a “sub artist” looked rt over my other son and I and took the next person in lines order. I said something and was informed my family would be taken care of by the 1 artist. This meant we had to wait for our order. Really? Even my kids thought it odd; we never experienced this at ANY Wegmans or anywhere for that matter. If it’s policy, it’s not a smart one. So I wanted to mention this experience to someone but when I went to get their names they weren’t wearing any name tags, if they did they weren’t visible. Probably won’t be visiting THIS (Penfield) Wegmans again."
"Usually the pizza is good. Today they told us they can't put on the after toppings anymore and we see them sitting right there. I asked for extra cheese and well done....it's undercooked and hardly any cheese. Very disappointed."
