"Used to be better, it's not what it used to be. Now I just feel taken advantage of. Have since taken my business elsewhere. Edit: Now making false claims. I had many services completed at my last trip to Redi, the only part that was declined was the rear brakes. Which have long since been replaced with all new pads, rotors and calipers (just not at this shop). Time charged for rear swaybar endlinks was 3x the book rate, among other issues with the final service I had there. Still, I paid for what was serviced and quietly went on my way. Again, nothing bad to say about the work performed here, but have since taken my business elsewhere."

"Don’t go here. I took my wheels and tires here to get mounted and balanced, they had my car most of the day and at around 5 called me to tell me that that stretching a 235 / 35 on a 19x11 wheel is never gonna work. I am not upset at the fact that they couldn’t do it, they should have looked at the tires and gave me a call then and there. If you know you can’t do something why even attempt to try. They charged me almost an hour for nothing. The next day I went to another shop and he got it on in 5 minutes no problem. I can say that they seemed like good people."

"I had my vehicle serviced there recently and had been a customer of theirs for years, since purchasing my C300. I have never had an issue with them until the last couple of times, but this last time was the worst. I needed front brakes, 2 rear tires, and a couple of sensors. I picked my vehicle up 6 days later to find out the tires that were put on were the wrong ones that were to be ordered. I called to voice my concerns, I spoke with the owner, Ryan and he was extremely rude and treated me, a longtime customer of his like garbage. Saying he "wasn't in the mood" to talk about it ... definitely not the right thing to say to a customer ever! When I asked him if anyone knew of the tires being ordered incorrectly and if he looked the car over before calling to tell me it was ready to be picked up, he said "someone pressed the wrong button when ordering the tires and that he oversees 26 employees, and is trying not to hire a manager at that location and the girl that works at the front desk is doing the best she can trying to make it in a man's world", very chauvinistic thing to say to a woman who is just trying to do the same thing. It was one thing after another with the excuses and with him being a bully and extremely rude to me. There were other things that were said to me along the lines of that "it wasn't his problem" if my car was there for 6 days. Mind you, not one time that my car was there did I question how long my vehicle was going to be there for AND not one time did they tell me how long it would there for. I understand things have changed over the past few years, times are tough, things are delayed, not enough employees but there is no excuse to treat a longtime customer like garbage and to talk to a human being the way Ryan spoke to me. *Unfortunately, I had to put a rating in order for this review to be posted. My rating is not a 1-star review, it is a zero-star review."

"So the receptionists were friendly I didn't have contact with anyone else...Buuuut...I scheduled for 4 tires and alignment missed 1 day of work and picked up car with only 2 new tires and no alignment due to apparently needing ball joint and one of the tires they ordered was wrong size. So 2 weeks later dropped car off for the rest of tires ball joint and alignment they assured me I would be able to pick the car up that night. Lunch Called to check on car still didn't have part called again and the part was wrong had to keep car another day(missed work) next day second part ordered not correct third not correct need to order from dealer kept car another day(missed work)part from DEALER again not correct and finally they tell me their supplier found one to fit...they installed aligned car and I finally got ti pick up car with 3 days work missed and a bill almost $900 and I live a good hour from them..so wasn't too impressed with that whole situation definitely love the type R civic they had sitting out front....previously brought a car to their Rochester location for alignment and had no issues whatsoever"
