Was rear ended on 8/9 and forced to be towed to this shop, was on the phone while my ins agent told the owner I would be coming to clear the car and get the plates so it could be taken by the ins company. I did this at 4 pm on 8/10. As of 8/13 owner still telling the ins company that I haven't come to get my stuff. All while racking up 'storage fees'. Shady, slimy way of running a business."
