"My car was parked on the 3rd floor of the parking garage at the Rochester Airport. When I got in my car and started it I noticed a ton of smoke, my serpentine belt had broken due to a bad altenator. Not only did Dial In fix my car they fixed it at the parking garage. They made quick work of the repair, Ashley provided excellent customer service, and Jordan was a very knowledgeable tech. "The boys at dialed in took in my VW Golf R which they didn't specialize in and fixed a burning oil and camshaft issue I had been dealing with since having work done from another shop.
