"Be prepared for a simple service to take all day long. It took 5hrs for an oil change and alignment. I've always been told that I don't need an appointment and walk-ins are encouraged. If you do not have the staff to accommodate walk-in appts in a timely manner, I'd rather be turned away and asked to schedule an appt for another day. After 5hrs of no update, I reached out and got a call back right away that it was ready - which makes me think it was done and sitting there for hours... Not only did the service take all day, but the meter in my car was not reset, nor was there a sticker for a reminder for when it is due again. Communication at Basil is very poor and this is not my first bad experience."
