"Took my wife's car to get coated - once the car got home I had a chance to get under it and check their work. I noticed that it looked like a majority of the underside was missed. Called back to share my concerns, I spoke with Tom (owner) who got us in the next day to look at it. Turns out the technician did miss spraying most of the underside. Props to them for admitting their mistake and making an effort to get us in ASAP. Great customer service. 4/5 stars , because we had to go out of our way and make two trips there."

"Let me preface this is not a paid review or some B.S. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan before moving to Buffalo, and the auto industry is in our family’s blood. We are critical in how we view customer service when caring for our cars and we place a focus on quality of work. Have been going to Tom and his guys for several years now. They do an unbelievable job. Started out with Rustkoting the undercarriage of our Tahoe’s and trucks, and progressed into ceramic coating our truck along with our corvette and jeep wrangler. He has done custom paint matching my bumper for me along with bedliner spray on skid plates and wheel wells as well. They literally can do it all. It’s refreshing to see a young entrepreneur making a name for himself and his company through hard work and effort with a focus on customer service. Have had nothing but the best experiences with Tom. Super personable, great communicator, meets your schedules needs, great with txt messaging. Again not enough good things I can say. Our family are “car people” who focus on preserving our vehicles. My wife’s C8 corvette is her baby and the fact she trusts tom with it speaks volumes. Tom has that old school vibe of what society felt like 20+ years ago. This is not a hurry and get them in/out churn and burn type of business. Anyone who has never done ceramic coating, just trust me, you need to! Waxing vehicles is a thing of the past. Tom put a 1 year coating on my raptor and 2 years later the paint still shines and looks absolutely amazing. Products he works with are top shelf and attention to detail is impeccable. People comment on our corvette everyday on the shine it delivers and that’s all from Tom’s ceramic coating application he did for us. Just an overall great guy, great business, clean, efficient, and go ahead and shop around, you won’t be able to beat their prices with the quality they deliver.
