"Can't even review the shop. But here's a fair review of My experience when I called. Some miserable man picked up their phone. I chose that word bc he Was being all short and weird like they don't want business. All I asked was one simple question bout getting probably a 2 thousand dollar job done. Then I tried to ask for a ballpark figure or tell me how much it would typically be if charged by book hours and was told they need to see the vehicle. Then there was an awkward silence as he didnt explain if this meant diagnostic fees, how much etc. Didnt tellcme when i could come in. Like i said not too inviting of business Lol unreal what's going on nowadays. I just said ok thanks and hung up. Waste of time. Can't imagine what the actual shop / service would have been like. Dodged a bullet IMHO"

"This is my go to mechanic. I’ve been going here for 2.5 years after shopping for a decent mechanic. I had some ok experiences elsewhere but still wasn’t thrilled with any particular mechanic. But, I finally made it to k&a and Jerry has taken excellent care of my car, my wife’s car, and us in general. He never overcharges us. He’s very honest about what he thinks is going on and what the options to fix it are. He knows how to treat his customers. Would highly recommend you make him your mechanic. Great work!"
